The children have had a fantastic term. They have really enjoyed learning centered around 'Life Below Water' SDG.

In History we have been learning about Henry VIII first wife Catherine of Aragon and how she came to England. After half term we will be exploring her life within Buckden in more detail.

In French we have been learning all about In my Town. The children have worked so hard learning their song for this.

In Phonics we have completed our split diagraphs. The children have really enjoyed looking at alien words and how to dot and zip, segment and blend these words. Please see attachments below for examples you can complete in half term.

In maths we have started to look at height, Children were able to build the biggest towers and order/compare from smallest to largest. 

The children have worked so hard this term, we have impressed with all their progress and it was lovely to see you all at parents evening this week.
