Friday 13th January

1.) Remember to read for 20 minutes each day and record your reading on Boom Reader. 

2.) There are 4 tasks set for you on SATs Companion - please complete these by next Wednesday.

3.) Revise this week's spelling words ready for a quiz on Monday: produce, impact, transport, object, contest, subject, silence, increase, freeze, permit.

Susie:  I have enjoyed Maths this week.  We have learnt how to find percentages of amounts and it is easy to understand when you link this to what we already know about fractions.

Indira:  In PE this week we have be practising our Hockey skills.  We learnt how to tackle an opponent and win the ball safely.

Martha:  In RE we talked about the meaning of the words in The Lord's Prayer and had a go at translating it into words which a young child could understand.  We also thought about what things we have on earth which God would not allow into heaven.
