In the eyes of God, every child matters, every moment of every day

Friday 4th April 2025

This week's spellings: none this week.

Doodle Maths: The children have now undertaken their assessments and there is a competition to earn stars over the month of April.

Read at home at least 3 times a week for 10–15 minutes.

Last Tuesday and Wednesday, the children performed Rock pool to a full house on three occasions. We are so proud of their hard work, clear voices and great confidence. Thank you to the parents, guardians and families who came to watch, helped with props and those that gave their time.

This week the children created a front newspaper article. They voted on the title of the newspaper and co-wrote two articles on both an art gallery robbery and a new bullet train to the summit of Snowden (Yr Wyddfa). They drew in the reader with their precision and clarity.

We made pop-up Easter cards this week using different templates and paper craft. The children overcame the challenges of this intricate card and they were beautiful. We hope you all have a Happy Easter and that the children have a good break!

The Year 3 team!!
