In the eyes of God, every child matters, every moment of every day

11th October 2024

Read a minimum of 3 times a week and please log the reading on Boom Reader.

In maths we have been learning about AB patterns and we practised making loads of patterns. We learned a pattern is something that happens over and over again.

Apoline - I liked playing the pattern game on the interactive whiteboard.

Eden - I liked doing a really good pattern. I did red, green, red, green, red, green.

In phonics, we learnt ck, e, u and r. We have also read the book 'Kim Cat'.

In PE we have been practising throwing and catching and finding space and moving safely within that space. And in Art we mixed powder paints to create autumn colours.

Poppy - I liked mixing the colours because it made a lovely colour. I added some blue and yellow and got green  and I added some red and some yellow and it made orange.

We also made an obstacle course outside and the children loved playing on it.

Arna - I loved doing the obstacle. At first I thought it was scary because I was wearing a dress, but it was fun.

Have a lovely weekend!
