On Monday we went to church for the harvest festival. Benjamin loved the singing and joined in all the songs. Kaira remembers we were there to celebrate God and the food we eat.

In maths we have used conkers today to see how much each container can hold. We also read the stories 'How much does a ladybird weigh' and 'Is a blue whale the biggest thing there is? and compared sizes and weights.

In phonics, we learnt c, g, o and k. We have also read our first book 'Tap, Tap, Tap'.

In music, we used instruments percussion to add to our song 'I've Got a Grumpy Face' chosing the instruments timbre to suit the emotions.
