What a changeable week with the weather, but this didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves. Check out the shelter the children built using their team work skills. 

We have been learning how to add and subtract two single digit numbers using ten frames to support this. 

We continued reading the story 'Arghh Spider!' which we now know by heart. All the children then rewrote the story independently. It was very impressive.

In Science, we went on a nature hunt searching for webs but didn't find many. We researched and learnt that this was likely to be because of the rain. 

In Art, we were inspired by the web designs and used binca and thread to sew our on spider webs.
