Talk homework- discuss what Christmas treats you eat in your homes? Next week we are completing a baking project so this will be really useful for giving the children ideas.

Reading- at least 3 times a week and recorded on Boom reader app

What a show the children performed!!!! It had it all, singing, dancing, acting and giggles and wiggles!

As well as this, we have created a Santa's Grotto this week which the children are loving visiting. We have started to read 'The Jolly Christmas Postman' and this has helped us to create our own post office area. In maths, we have looking at the composition of 2 and 3 creating number sentences and knowing that the parts together make the whole. 

Our French vocabulary goes from strength to strength and we have added counting to 10 to our knowledge of colours. 

In RE, we read the story, ' The Tiny Ants' and learnt about the Muslim faith and Muhammed who looked after all the animals, even the tiny ants.
