Reading - please keep reading and using boom reader. 

Mrs Farmer and Miss Freeman are so proud of how Year 2 have been coping with the tests we've been doing this week. They deserve a wonderful weekend! 

 

Please can we also make sure children bring sun hats and water bottles to school. As well as wearing sun cream. 

 

Sophie - I enjoyed in English yesterday when were writing a diary of if we were in the workhouse. 

Tom - I enjoyed when we were making a map of Buckden out of natural materials. 

Emily - I've enjoyed art when we were drawing giraffe patterns and using our pencils to go from lighter to darker. 

Talin - I have enjoyed English about the Grumpy Old Stone where some children were at school and some children pretended he was a cake but he didn't like it. 

Toby - I've enjoyed today when were learning about the Grumpy Old Stone, when children were pretending he was stuff but actually he was just a stone. 

Jack - I have enjoyed maths today where were we practcing some of the older SATs questions.
