Please ensure you are logging all reading on Boomreader. We have sent home Letterjoin logins for you all to access our online platform we use within school to help with letter formation at home. Please make sure you are doing at least numbots at least 20 minutes a week.

In English we have started our new book, The Jolly Christmas Postman, and the children are really enjoying exploring it so far. We spent some time looking at the journey the postman might be going on and who he might meet as well as reading the first few letters.

In maths the children have been looking at the number line to 20, began estimating where numbers would go on the number line, been comparing and ordering numbers. They have showed great resilience with their learning this week.

In RE the children have been learning about Synagogues and have explored some of the different artefacts inside. In Art the children have been designing some Christmas cards in their sketch books and have produced some lovely designs.

Please could you bring in any cereal bar boxes if you have them as we will need these for DT next week, thank you.
