The children have worked so hard over this past term. We have studied Education in the Victorian times, understood the basics of a map and what information it tells us and looked at the basic parts of a human body and the 5 senses.

The children thoroughly enjoyed learning about Beegu this term and we will reveal our new book next term which we will follow until the start of December.

The children used many problem solving and teamwork skills which making their DT tables using tabs and gave fantastic evaluations for when things did not go as planned - we are very proud of their resilience.

In art the children looked at drawing the school building with a specific focus on line and texture. They drew some brilliant brick work patterns and really took their time understanding different techniques and tools they could use.

Within maths the children have looked at number formation and numbers to 10. We have been looking at simple addition and subtraction which will move onto the next topic when we return.

The children have worked so hard this term and have earned a well deserved break over half term, we look forward to seeing you all in November!
