Please complete the four tasks set for you on SATs Companion by next Wednesday. Remember to read for at least 20 minutes every day, with at least 3 sessions in the week reading aloud to an adult.
Ensure you can spell this week's spelling words, and are ready for our quiz on Monday: communicate, definite, exaggerate, appreciate, harrass, marvellous, persuade, relevant, stomach, vehicle.
There are a number of children who are not remembering to bring their PE kit to school and are therefore not able to take part fully in PE lessons. Please ensure PE kits are brought into school every Monday, and they will be sent home on a Friday.
Freddie: I have enjoyed Maths this week where we have been learning different methods to add and subtract Fractions and Mixed Numbers.
Austin: In PE, we have been learning football with Mr Jenner. This week, we played a match where we got to practise our passing skills and work as a team.
Toby: We have been learning lots about WW1 this week. We got to write slogan and design our own posters which would encourage young men to sign up to go to war.
